Three of us went after arriving late from the airport not knowing if it was open, service was good with lots of patience for the little of the language that we knew. The food was amazing, small portions but understandable when you eat because of the rich flavours and textures.

Amazing food! Needed a quick dinner upon arriving late into Venice. Had gnocchi with bolognese and tiramisu for dessert. Couldn’t have been more delicious and the waiter was very patient with my non-Italian!

Staff was nice but sadly they cannot speak fluent English .. I have to google translate the menu to order my food ...but to be honest..the environment of the restaurant is so comfy and it’s good to have a sip of wine enjoying the dinner with your another half ..food is freshly cook and it’s quite hot when it’s served ..the octopus salad is also amazing ...a bit pricy for dinner but I believe it’s still cheaper than on the island side

Nice, good food, portion sizes vary a lot depending on what you order (gnocchi was a big portion, tortellini was a very small one).

Amazing dinner into this restaurant with typical Venetian heritage cuisine. Optimal raw materials and a delicate-yet-tasty preparation will make your dinning experience superb. Kind service in a quiet and gently surrounding environment. Will recommend to anyone looking for a special evening, and for sure I'll be back there!

Amazing home made pasta. Try the Ravioli with bruscandoli, carletti, agretti sautéed with butter and sage. Amazing.

We visted Italy in June and this was most definitely one of the best restaurants we ate at during the entire trip. We ordered a bunch of food which turned out way too much, but it was so good that it was difficult to stop eating. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well, especially since we really don't speak Italian. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We came by this restaurant purely by chance whilst enjoying two nights post cruise in Mestre.The reception was warm and friendly. None of our party;eight in number, spoke Italian and none of the staff spoke English. This was not a problem as we are all seasoned travellers, with none of our party having that awfuil arrogance that everyone should speak English. The staff found someone and wrote basic translations for us. The menu including starters was two pages of local dishes ;unlike some of the encyclopedias in other restaurants. The food and service was superb, arguably one of the best we have experienced. We enjoyed it so much that we told the rest of the party. The following evening the restaurant had our whole party in three staggered waves of eight.A truly beautiful find. WELL DONE TO ALL STAFF YOU HAVE A WINNING FORMULA.
